Tradeify Review 2026: Your Fastest Way to a Prop Firm Check?

By Daniel Larsen  |  Last updated January 18, 2026

Listen...

It's 3 AM. You're staring at your trading journal, calculating profits you should have made.

But couldn't.

Diagram showing how intraday unrealized drawdowns harm some traders.

Because some prop firm's drawdown rule decided your perfect trade needed to close...

Just because of a random price wick in your favor, followed by an equally quick wick against you.

Only 5 seconds passed. The price is right where it was before.

But you just failed your funded account because of an intraday trailing drawdown...

I feel your pain.

And it's exactly why this Tradeify review is different.

Why Most Prop Firms Are Missing the Point

funnel diagram showing the decrease in quality when prop firms switch rules in funded vs eval, and trader disillusionment result

Let me tell you a story about how most prop firms play this game:

They let you use end-of-day drawdowns during the challenge...

Get you all excited when you pass...

Then suddenly switch to intraday drawdowns on your funded account.

It's like getting married to someone, then finding out they're a completely different person after the honeymoon.

Sound familiar?

But here's where Tradeify hits different...

The Relieving Difference: End-of-Day Drawdown That Stays That Way

Diagram showing the consistent trader experience with Tradeify

With their Growth and Straight-to-Sim accounts, what you see is what you get:

  • End-of-day drawdown calculations - Gives your trade room to breathe.
  • Same rules before and after funding - Allows consistent risk management
  • No "gotcha" moments

On the surface, this may seem like no biggie.

But, when you go for bigger moves, you may experience larger drawdowns in a single trade. Like when NQ gets close to your 200pt target, only to pull back 100 points before later hitting the target.

The EOD drawdown allows you to experience that drawdown without being punished.

Since it's EOD in your eval AND funded account, you can follow the same rules in each with Tradeify.

"Tradeify stands out as a trader-friendly platform with its simple and transparent rules, making it easy for traders to navigate and execute their strategies."

The New Game-Changer: Tradeify LIVE

They just dropped something major...

Tradeify LIVE is taking successful sim traders to actual live accounts with:

  • Daily payout options
  • 90/10 split on initial balance
  • 80/20 split on profits above that
  • Scale up to 15 contracts at $5K profit
  • Personal risk manager assigned

"I've taken $36k in payouts in the last couple of months and the money hits my bank account in less than an hour."

- Andy O.

Payouts That Don't Make You Wait Forever

Three payout windows monthly:

  • 1st-4th
  • 11th-14th
  • 21st-24th

And yes, they process on weekends and holidays.

Basic requirements:

  • 10 trading days
  • 5 profitable days over minimum amounts
  • 35% consistency rule
  • That's it

What They Don't Restrict (This Is Huge)

Diagram showing some practices tradeify allows that other firms don't

Unlike other firms, Tradeify lets you:

  • Trade news events (NFP? Go for it) - Although I personally don't recommend it
  • Use DCA strategies - Again - use your discipline. Martingale-ing doesn't work.
  • Scale into positions - Go for it, just know your risk.
  • Flip positions
  • Use your own bots (if you own them)

The "Nobody Talks About This" Benefits

  1. Built-in Trade Journal "Just look at that trading journal that's included in the dashboard. I just love it!" - Gill
  2. Dedicated Risk Manager When you go live, you get actual support and coaching
  3. AI Tools Coming: They're building an AI co-pilot to help with trading decisions

Real Talk: What Could Be Better

Because I keep it 100:

  • Only using Rise and Plane for payouts right now
  • Some want higher consistency requirements
  • 50% of profits need 5-second minimum hold time - might be an obstacle for some scalpers to clear.

Bottom Line: Is Tradeify Worth It?

Here's the lowdown...

If you're tired of:

  • Random wick account failures
  • Changing your whole strategy after funding
  • Waiting weeks for payout processing
  • Rules designed to make you fail

Then yeah, Tradeify might be your escape hatch.

"I've traded with just about every firm and Tradeify has proven most reliable and trustworthy... never denied a payout, always handled issues swiftly with a positive attitude."

- David Berg

The Math That Matters

A simple cost benefit diagram of Tradeify's instant-funded option.

Think about what you've spent on other firms:

  • $500+ on challenges
  • $200+ on resets
  • Monthly fees
  • Activation fees
  • Days / weeks / months spent passing challenges

With Tradeify's straight-to-funded option:

  • Start trading today
  • No surprise fees
  • No activation costs on most accounts
  • No monthly fees eating profits

And right now they're running a nice discount!

My Personal Take

I've seen prop firms come and go.

Most are just evaluation fee factories with extra steps.

But Tradeify feels different.

Maybe it's the consistent rules. Maybe it's the instant-funding options. Maybe it's those crazy fast payouts.

Or maybe they just built what traders actually need.

"Tradeify is the best prop firm payout in the industry."

- bald eagle trader

The choice is yours.

Just don't come crying to me if you miss that Tradeify discount. ????

P.S. For the overthinking traders reading this far... you already know this is what you've been looking for. The end-of-day drawdown stays end-of-day after funding. That alone is worth the shot.

P.P.S. And yes, you can literally start trading today with their instant funding. No more evaluation hell.

Tradeify FAQ – Everything You Need to Know

General Questions

What is Tradeify?

It's a prop firm that gives you trading capital. You pass their eval (or skip it with instant funding)...

Follow their risk rules...And keep most of the profits you make.

Pretty straightforward.

Is Tradeify suitable for beginners?

Can beginners use it? Sure.

Should they?

That depends on whether you know how to manage risk without blowing up an account. Their Growth and Select evals are more forgiving than most...

But you still need to understand futures basics. Don't jump in blind.

How long does it take to pass Tradeify?

Depends on which eval you pick.

Growth Evaluation? You can pass in one trading day if you hit targets.

Select typically needs at least 3 days because of consistency rules.

But honestly... it takes however long it takes you to trade well.

Are there monthly fees for Tradeify?

Yep. Except on straight-to-sim-funded (Lightning Accounts).

While you're doing the eval, you pay monthly. Once you pass and get funded? No more monthly fees.

Just don't sit on your hands... you gotta trade at least once a week to keep the account active.

Is there an activation fee for Tradeify?

Usually no.

Growth and Select don't charge activation fees. Lightning just requires the direct funding fee, one time, no eval.

One less fee to worry about.

Accounts & Trading Rules

Who can trade on Tradeify?

Pretty much anyone.

You can even trade through a business/LLC if you want...

Just be ready for some extra verification if you go that route.

What assets can I trade on Tradeify?

Futures contracts. Think S&P 500 E-minis, Nasdaq, crude oil... that kind of thing.

Exact instruments depend on your account type.

How often do you have to trade on Tradeify?

At least once per calendar week. If you ghost your account, they'll give you a warning...

Then deactivate it if you keep ignoring it.

So don't just vanish.

What is the 5-second or 10-second rule on Tradeify?

Basically... 50% of your profits need to come from trades you held longer than about 10 seconds.

This stops people from doing ridiculous microscalping strategies that game the system.

Hold your trades long enough to actually mean something.

Does Tradeify allow bots?

They do allow bots, with some conditions:

  1. It's gotta be your bot. You own it, and you can't be sharing it with other traders.
  2. No HFT bots. This isn't Flash Boys, amigo.
  3. You can't use the other bot with other prop firms at the same time.
  4. They may ask for verification and for a video of you enabling the script.
  5. They're gonna know if you're cheating, because they monitor orders across accounts for duplicates, etc.

And of course, your bot better follow all their other rules.

Payouts & Profit Sharing

What is the minimum payout on Tradeify?

Depends on account size and type.

As of right now...

For select accounts, the minimum is $250. On Lightning, it's $1,000

For Growth Accounts:

  • $500 for $50k accounts
  • $1,000 for $100k accounts
  • $1,500 for $150k accounts

How long does Tradeify take to payout?

Usually 24-48 hours once approved.

Sometimes up to 72 hours if you request outside business hours.

Either way... way faster than most firms.

Does Tradeify deny payouts?

If you don't meet the requirements? Yep.

Consistency rules, profit minimums, drawdown limits...

Miss any of those and your payout gets denied or delayed.

Follow the rules. Make enough profit. Get paid. It's that simple.

How much can I make trading with $1,000?

How long is a piece of string?

Your profits depend on your skill, risk management, and what the market does.

Tradeify sets targets and consistency requirements...But there's no magic number.

Trade well. Make money.

Trade poorly. Lose money.

How much is a $150k payout on Tradeify?

This question doesn't really make sense.

There's no such thing as a "$150k payout."

Payouts are based on hitting profit/consistency goals...

Then requesting withdrawals within defined limits. Which varies by account, and that's too much to cover here.

You can take multiple payouts over time if you keep performing.

Pros, Cons & Trader Experience

What are the cons of using Tradeify?

Pro: Rules and guidelines are fair.

Con: Rules and guidelines are a little more detailed and vary by account. Read them before trading.

Pro: Friendliest terms in a direct-to-funded account.

Con: Commissions on Tradovate are slightly above average for prop firms.

Con: Gotta trade weekly to keep your account alive. Want to take a vacation? You need to let them know.

Pro: Automation allowed.

It's not perfect... but nothing is.

Is Tradeify worth it?

If you're disciplined and consistent? Yeah.

Fast payouts. Good profit splits. Clear rules.

But if you can't follow guidelines or manage risk?

You'll struggle here just like anywhere else.

Which prop firm has the highest payout?

Depends on how you define "highest."

Tradeify's payout structure is competitive...

But every firm is different.

Your results will vary based on your performance.

How long has Tradeify been in business?

They're newer to the game... a few years.

But they've grown fast and built a solid user base.

Still evolving their services.
